Hi, any Digi Best Prepaid user.

I saw a promotion about reload RM10 get free 300MB, reload RM20 get free 750MB, reload 30 and above get free 1.5GB High speed internet.

Currently I'm Digi Best Prepaid v4 now. The promotion only entitle for New Best V1 and Digi Smart Prepaid.

Now my balance is RM0.00 . If I reload RM 10 and change plan to Digi New Best Prepaid V1 and left RM 7.00 balance.

Can I still redeem free 300MB internet if my balance is not RM 10?

Hi, the prepaid plan.

Reload RM 10 get 10 days free internet 300MB. Is 300MB cover for 10 days or cover per day.

Meaning > first day reload RM 10 and redeem free 300MB internet will next day change back to 300MB or still remain quota used on the first day.

Hi, I successfully change plan from Best Prepaid V4 to Digi New Best V1.

Change from Digi Best Prepaid v4 to Digi New Best with charge RM0.00

By reload RM 5.

Infact, for a very minimal user (more for receiving calls), which plan would be better ? As currently, I am in DiGi Start Prepaid Plan... It's a very old plan, I can't find much information about it also...

Haha, special for me today. Digi New Best would be your choice. Cheaper on SMS, Internet and Calls.

Digi Smart Prepaid is suitable for who are using more internet on data.
