What has disturbed me with DiGi for a long time is not merely the deterioration in its network quality, but equally or even more is the total lack of engagement, communication and apology from DiGi to its customers. There are plenty of users [including me] who would prefer to stay with DiGi, but we have to be informed what is going on.Even this tomorrow network website , we learn of it from a stranger at this enthusiasts forum, instead of from DiGi themselves. I cannot even find a link to the page from DiGi main website. DiGi spending a fortune every day on newspaper advertisements selling smartphones. That money would be better spent conveying what is going on with the network. DiGi should treat its customers with a little more respect and humility if it wishes to retain them long term. I heard that for digi smart plan, if ur phone switches to edge instead of 3g due to lack of signal, u will be charged extra and not part of your smart plan??
This cant be true right, i didnt believe it but i just wanted to make sure |

it wont be too much of a disappointment if i could switch to Edge coz i want to. but 3G signal is really poor. it doesnt give me any choice. this is an old story.
