Hello can i know what is the operating hour for Poslaju centre i mean the orange shop not the pos malaysia..And will i get full refund if my shoes lost in transit?

Sometime they will like that one ...Never go to your house straight put this..tomorrow call them and request for second delivery

by the way, their operating hours is 8.30am-8pm for Mon-Fri.

Supposedly get a parcel from gamestore, 3 days already still having come

ya u should go self-collect. i just got my parcel from the office at Desa Aman Kepong this morning.

But what I couldn't understand is, it only reach processing centre, means they haven't attempt to deliver the parcel to my place yet. And where is PPL Kepong/Damansara located too... Aiyo.. first time meet this kind of problem. Sien.. I want to play the game already.

Hi.. I have the same case like cmgan72, no one comes today and no card from poslaju (if I didnt hear the bell, but that is quite imposibble). But the tracking code shows Unable to deliver the item due to Addressee not around at time of delivery. Should I contact them or they will deliver it the next they automatically?

call them first to confirm your package is still there and you are going to collect it at there.

ya u should call them to either ask them to deliver for 2nd time or self-collect.

If my tacking number from outside country can be tracked with PosLaju already does this mean the item is already with PosLaju?

But the tracking still says "Departure from outward OE" 22-dec-13 10:10:00

Hi, I have a question. I noticed that generally within Peninsular, for small and light items the cost will be minimum RM 6 (mentioned in first post as well). I've seen many sellers in Garage Sales that are charging RM 5 for postage within Peninsular. Just wondering, are they absorbing the extra cost or are they getting better price because they have an account with Pos Laju?

Yes, minimum is RM5.95. Most sellers will put RM6 but some may absorb the fee for easy calculation. AFAIK, there is no discount even if we have an account with Poslaju. Within same postal code is RM4+ sometimes.
