i am okay with delivering the next day. Its just they gave me 30 minutes of hell when they told me item was delivered.

i hvn't got my parcel, and 24 hours still no update...

Hi guys,
First time receiver here so... Was tracking my parcel, said delivering at 8.15am then at about 10 it change to delivering at 9.45am ._. is something wrong? D: and based on that timing can assume what time reach yeah? A bit uncomfortable camping at the door of my house (after hearing all the stories of the postman not waiting for even 1min, not honking no doorbell etc I decided to just camp )

You mean you trace it online and it says attempting to deliver at 8.15am?
The time is usually not accurate, it's most likely the time that they leave their office to start their deliveries. It will be delivered to your place today, or sometimes it may not (as the above example) cause for whatever reasons.

Since you have not receive any Poslaju before, it's hard to say what time they'll deliver. At my place, they used to deliver around 11am or so, but nowadays they tend to come around 6-7pm in the evening. Usually they'll honk few times, no doorbell.

O.O First time see Poslaju van? Lol. They only deliver in their vans. I'm sure you have come across one or two on the road before.

There was once the poslaju man came in his personal car to deliver lol. Was a bit suspicious but it was like 7pm already.

Hahahhaha LOL their service actually quite good huh! Lol for you it's like a personal delivery hahaha!

Can I ask, if they request for self collect, do their distribution point appointed is open at Saturday? and what is the opening hour? Thanks

Any idea if their tracking system is down?

It was yesterday. But I guess it might be because today is Selangor Public Holiday, they have not update the system yet.


Any idea if Pos Laju follows KL public holiday or Selangor because their main hub is at KL city center ?

Poslaju Tracking system have been updated in the noon. Now I can see my parcels.

Depending on the branch. Most Poslaju branches open on Saturday full day (except 1st Saturday of the month).

Anyone knows what does this mean? Is it being sent back to the seller?

Most likely returned to seller because the addresses did not collect the parcel for over 2 weeks.

Give them a call to check it out. At least u know where is it instead of just waiting.

hi.my item is being sent from puchong to kedah on thursday

friday off for kedah.

so will my item arrive on saturday or sunday?

can i go and pick up at the post office myself?,so that i could get my item earlier? (they dont have to post to my house)

For the item <500g, is it can use the Pos Laju Prepaid Envelope RM6? It's not a document but is a small box of thg.

May i knw where can i collect my parcel(poslaju) from??
