Based on my experience, it should be arrive on 27 Dec afternoon (yellow consignment note).
Does the sender using domestic parcel service (blue consignment note) or express service (standard yellow consignment note)?

Hi, i may be opening an online store soon selling craft products and neat jewelries and/or t-shirts.. but I'm doomed!! coz pos laju is equivalent to EMS which is TOTALLY expensive and pos malaysia's website is really useless in giving info on sending parcel to other countries... there's a lot to be answered here As of now, can anyone plz tell me what is equivalent to priority mail and what's the procedure to send an item oversea ? plz!!!!!

It happens sometimes. No matter how efficient the company is, mistakes still happens sometimes.
I've sent/received via Poslaju so many times and there was once my parcel was delayed for 2 days with no reason, another one they return back to me cause they say wrong address but my buyer confirm is the right address. But other than that, Poslaju have never failed me. biggrin.gif

Poslaju is the cheapest if you want to send things overseas.

Other than that, you may consider using normal post (no tracking number) or registered post (with tracking number) and stick the airmail sticker on it. It's very much cheaper and mostly for documents only, but it takes much longer, at least 2 weeks to arrive.

If you want more information, it's best you just call them up and ask.

I prefer to use office address, at least always have someone to pickup my item even if I not working or if poslaju arrive during lunch time. My office have own personnel to handle all the parcel and letter for staff.... have own room with space to keep all the parcel... have record and even to pick up from them I have to sign... email will sent out or sometime they will call to inform...

hate batu caves poslaju centre to the max!! after using poslaju for 3-4 years, it has been my favourite compare to other courier companies, even parcels that send to rural area would not be a problem at all, but whenever the parcels need to be sent to batu caves area, sure have problem!!! fail delivery, late delivery that can drag to a week to reach recipient, tis time even my customer went to the poslaju centre for self collect, they can tell her the parcel is not with them despite the note states that recipient can go there and collect parcel. Called to complaint many many times but no improvement no feedback from poslaju side, dont know what to say about them.
