oh~i haven't receive it ~the parcel will arrive 2morrow ~as i need to collect early in the morning from post office thn straight away balik hometown dy~
izzit still the same to call them 1st??

Call them now and let them know.
If you call them tomorrow, most likely they already send it out for delivery with their poslaju courier ppl early in the morning before they even pick up their customer service line. If send out for delivery already then no choice but to wait for it to come back from delivery, which is after the day ends.

hello i wanna ask something..

I receive my tracking id from my seller yesterday and immediately after receive the id I track it using the post laju track & trace but the result says "Record not found"
I try again today many time but the result still show "Record not found" is this normal??
because I have never experienced it before from my previous tracking id.
hope someone can explain to me what is happening. TQ

Poslaju didn't update the tracking number on the spot. It takes approx one day for the record to come up.
What kind of service that your seller using?
There's a few service offered by poslaju (domestic parcel - blue consignment; express delivery - yellow consignment)
Kindly enclose the tracking number so we can track it up for ya.

I dont exactly know what kind of service that my seller use because usually I never encountered such problem. I assuming it will be domestic parcel, I'm not sure. anyway here's my tracking id EM274650030MY

It's express delivery. Should be delivered the next working day or latest the next next working day.

Try calling up their hotline and ask to check this tracking number. Sometimes their online tracking don't show it. If it's still not in their system, then let your seller know and ask him to double check the tracking number given. If he says its correct, ask him for the receipt of the consignment note with all the necessary details.

First I ask myseller for the receipt and all the necessary detail but he replied he already gave me the correct ID, he also said dont blame him if i dont receive the package. he has post many item before this nothing happen before. then he told me to call post if I not receive the item and last he said dont keep on kacau me.

So, I called their hotline and explain my situation and the officer check my tracking id and she said the tracking id doesn't register in their system.
so I tell her that the seller post it on monday then she replied if the seller already post it the it will appear in their system,
so the officer told me to ask my seller to call their hotline to verify the postage.
I msg my seller to do so he dint reply my msg..

sorry for the long post I dont know what to do.. I hve been FFK or what??

Poslaju update the tracking status around 8 or 9PM on the same day after the item has received at Poslaju counter.
If send on monday, you already receive the item yesterday.
In this case, ask the seller to scan or snap a picture of the consignment note associate with that tracking number.
If seller didn't want to do that and starting to give reasons, you open dispute thread and place all the details you have.

Msg the seller again. If it's not in their system, and it has been posted on Monday, definitely something is wrong. I've posted so many parcels with Poslaju for so long and the most also took up to 24 hours for it to display in the system.

If your seller say "Don't kacau him" and does not want to provide you further details, then he's trying to avoid you or trying to be rude. Which is what a seller SHOULD NOT be doing. Open a dispute thread straight away and inform him about it. Also if possible, report to police and tribunal.

So my seller called the pos laju and he said to me that the post office give 2 reason on why this is happening either computer got problem or the pos people didn't receive the item.
he also told me that the pos officer will call him this evening or tomorrow morning.
so I ask him whether the post office called him yet he replied not yet maybe tomorrow.
and untill now the system still shows record not found for the tracking id he provided me with.

To be honest I'm not satisfy dealing with him so what should I do?? should I wait until tomorrow and see what will happen or I straight away open a dispute thread??

have you try call your nearest post office branch??
normally when you send any parcel using poslaju...
they will send it first to the nearest postlaju office first

and only then the designated postman will send it to your address

The poslaju men call the recipient upon arrival. If not at home, he leave the notice.
Again, the record should be appeared right now, right? But, it doesn't appear.
Ask for the screenshot of hardcopy of consignment note from seller.
If the seller doesn't want to do that, open the dispute thread straight away or leave a respond on seller's thread to catch up the seller's and buyer's attention.

You can also call Poslaju and ask why is it not in their system. There's almost no reason for it to not be in the system, now 4 days already. If he claims the "pos people didn't receive the item", then he can also say he already posted it out but Poslaju lost it so it's not his responsibility. But the truth could be that he never post out the item and Poslaju didn't receive it also. If he refuse to send you a photo of the consignment note to prove that he has sent out the item, then open dispute thread straight away and post on all the seller's selling thread to inform him about it.

Poslaju suppose to deliver next day. It has been so many days already still not in system. Your seller maybe haven't send it out yet also.
