How long will dropping a poslaju parcel to a dropbox get processed and deliver?

Friend drop one of the parcel to One Utama Poslaju Dropbox yesterday evening.
From track system, it's like no movement yet.

My item are now at the nearest poslaju place to my house but stuck at "Arrive at delivery facility at" for 3 days. Anyone has experience this before?

Why not go there and pickup yourself?

It seems that I've made the mistake by opting for Poslaju Express. Express my ass, it's now stuck at "consignment dispatch out from Transit Office at Shah Alam" for 3 days. How far is it from Shah Alam to KLIA hub?
This is not the service I expect when I paid for premium service.

Would like to ask, bought something from lazada and seller using Poslaju on Tuesday (22/01/2019)

But then today i found out that the parcel still havent picked up by poslaju.

To my surprise, i also found that seller actually same place with me.
I'm from Miri ; Seller location also Miri

So will the Poslaju go through west malaysia and come back again ?

*Tried contact seller using Lazada in app chat but no response yet.

is it possible to self collect parcel at pusat mel nasional ?

is today a working day for poslaju, ?, dont see any update for out for delivery, item in local branch already

I just checked a tracking number in pos Malaysia website and it said held by custom and waiting for Customer clearance. I did not receive any message, email or letter from them. What should I do ah?

As mention in tracking 'waiting for Custom clearance' so wait ler. Only if custom doesn't give clearance then you received a letter.

Ooo Is custom clearance ah.. I tot is customer clearance.. My fault.. Hahaha

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

I sent a parcel to Malaysia from the UK around 2 weeks ago.

I've been tracking it online and on Jan 28th it was stating 'item dispatched out' and 'consignment dispatch out from transit office' at Pusat Mel Nasional. The following day it said 'Arrive at delivery facility at' and 'item dispatched out' at Caw. Serahan Kelana Jaya B. Today upon checking again it now says that the item has again been dispatched out and consignment dispatch out from transit office however it's back at Pusat Mel Nasional again. Is it normal for a parcel to go back to somewhere it was previously already processed? I'm not familiar with the postal system there so I don't know if this is standard but it doesn't really make sense to me.

Can anybody help?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, apologies if I have broken any rules.

I wanted to ask that as a receiver, is it possible to call/contact Poslaju to correct the shipping address because I noticed my sender did not include my postcode when shipping my item. The parcel is from Japan so I am worried that the parcel has to be sent back to the sender and make another shipment.

Just bought a watch worth RM 700 from Kuching ship to JB.
The seller ship by Poslaju and right now the item is Held by customs (Import).
I still haven't receive any calls or notice from them.

Is there any taxes since i bought it from Kuching not from another country?

So does that mean the custom cannot tax me if declare the value of the watch or still have to pay Import + SST or SST only.

i have the same issue .. bought PS4 games from shopee seller from Sarawak. Now also held by custom no update.

They will release it the next day, no tax or anything. I already receive my watch today.
