Hi all, I'm new to this forum, apologies if I have broken any rules.
I wanted to ask that as a receiver, is it possible to call/contact Poslaju to correct the shipping address because I noticed my sender did not include my postcode when shipping my item. The parcel is from Japan so I am worried that the parcel has to be sent back to the sender and make another shipment.
