Just bought a watch worth RM 700 from Kuching ship to JB.
The seller ship by Poslaju  and right now the item is Held by customs (Import).
I still haven't receive any calls or notice from them.

Is there any taxes since i bought it from Kuching not from another country?

Seller sent the parcel on 20 march and system updated on that time, parcel at KLIA hub
On 1 april stuck at Pusat Mel Nasional and never update afterward.

when we called the center, Line busy totally unable to contact.
email no response.
check online our place haven't come to red zone.

It's frustrating. Emailing poslaju doesn't seem to work. Calling both their Hotline and Overseas # doesn't work too.

An item I purchased left Russia on 31st Mar 2020, and it has been 10 days and yet no updates on the tracker. Getting worried at the same time. Hope my item is safe.
