does Pos Laju actually pick up phone calls from their hotline? I called so many times waited for more 10 minutes each time! sien.

Not recently. I tried 3 times, around 5 to 10min each. Could not get through.

Will they try to redeliver the item because im not at home or do i need to call their hotline?

The poslaju guy just came to pick up my package, and he didn't even scan the package or give me a receipt, is this normal?

It's frustrating. Emailing poslaju doesn't seem to work. Calling both their Hotline and Overseas # doesn't work too.

An item I purchased left Russia on 31st Mar 2020, and it has been 10 days and yet no updates on the tracker. Getting worried at the same time. Hope my item is safe.

May I know the weight limit for Poslaju Flyer L & XL. And do I need to pay other fees when sending parcel using this flyer?
