Good day guys, I wanted to post a stuff from Penang to Sarawak. I saw there are poslaju prepaid envelope for RM11 something and the Pos Parcel for RM7 up to 2KG.

How can I use the Pos Parcel instead of the RM11 poslaju envelope? Is it that I pack the stuff on my own and send it to them for weighings and pay?

Please advise, tqvm in advance!

It took 7 hours to process from poslaju skudai and delivered to poslaju Skudai?
My address is not even in Johor , I'm from Selangor.

Hi Bro,

Mine 1 also same, i don't understand what is mail processing.
And after that no more status update.

Hi, anyone know why poslaju do not send parcel from foreign country?

I was in the house, saw postman came directly to my doorstep n drop a poslaju notice into my mail box, when go to collect it, saw it is written "paket kastam", without any tracking number on it.

When email to poslaju malaysia, they say need me to go to self collect, they wont send it.

When call and ask the poslaju branch, several times, they say ok ok, will send, but they never send after so many days.

sure the parcel is in the poslaju branch, called and confirmed..it is not that the parcel is intercepted by kastam malaysia or anything..they just do not want to send such parcel..

is this their SOP?

I did email PMK_CSCustomSupervisor@pos.com.my , with my item order shipment(with item name and delivery address) and packing list.
Then, pos laju klia did contact me and tell me about the charges things.

So...I really not sure if this is the correct process as i didnt get any email respond from the custom side before pos laju klia contacted me.

I guess you just need to keep track your parcel until it said held by custom and need to call them like my screenshot (or they will call you, after few days)

and... sorry for late respond XD

i have two parcels stuck at custom with similar status. so i’m not sure if i should self collect or appoint poslaju to do it.

At the end pos laju help me settle import tax and i went to pos laju sevice center to settle off the taxes and service charges.

I bought 3x figuring from japan which cost around 900.

I you want your parcel fast then u better go self collect at pos cargo klia (not inside klia airport). Which is a bit far for me so i decided seek pos laju help on my case

I cant answer your question as i call and went to pos laju center, no one able to help. They only told me to contact custom. So i emailed details to custom.

I not sure if custom pass my parcel to pos laju after received my email because i didnt get any respond from custom and they didnt even answer my call...
So...i got no choice but only to wait for their phone call.......

i did tell custom during the call but she seem not really understand it.

i believe this is case by case basic la. some need to open it on the spot. i suggest you to call custom and seek help / advise next course of action.

just emailed them to notify need their help as clearance agent. also submitted the relevant invoice and paypal receipt. can i know how long they will take to revert?

depend. usually take few working days.
my case, email sent on 26sept , received call on 28sept to notify parcel will send to Klang pos laju about 3 working days later. also will inform you how much custom charged (if any) and pos laju service fee.
if i recall correctly, Klang pos laju officer did called me on 4oct morning said parcel arrived and ask me go collect + make payment. rmb ask that to bring along. i rmb IC only... not sure still same or not.
