Hi guys, anyone experienced missing receipt card using RA product with pos malaysia (Domestic Registered Mail with Advice of Receipt Card)? I contacted Pos Malaysia and they confirmed the card was delivered to me though I have not received anything in my mailbox.

Normally takes how long to my doorstep? Or can go collect?
Tomolo night go oversea for 1 week.

Hi there, through the poslaju tracking page, would we know if the parcel has got taxed? Or receiver would only know it through letter?

hi, this is the latest status of my parcel from taiwan.
may i ķnow is the 'held by customs'the normal procedure of checking import parcel???
normally it took how many days to know whether my parcel is charged tax or free to go?
the value i wrote is 1000TWD and the shipping fee is 985TWD (total not exceding rm500)
and the parcel is declared as gift

hi, just to reconfirm the practice, postman will leave a card to self collect if I'm not at home? If so, they will state the time and day they came right?

if i request for the item to be sent to a nearer PosMalaysia location for self collection, are they obliged or it is up to them whether they wanna do it or not?

Hello i have a stuff, two , actual package send from poslaju langkawi tome here in selangor. It almost 24 hours and i never see the status change since then. Nvm dat. My question is anybody know how they transport our stuff from there? Are they using airborne? Or boat?

Anyone knows what does this mean?
Does it mean that it passed the custom already or what?

My item says cleared customs and enroute from 30th May till now, almost a week with no updates. Called the receiving pos laju office but said to just wait. This is insane, are this drivers sleeping during puasa month ??????
