there are several pools, each block has its own roof top garden, each unit has 2 cp. and the forest size is 21 acres.

The thing is the maintenance fee plus sinking fund is at RM0.25 psf. Not many new launch condo with full condo facilities set the fee at this rate except those with very little facilities.

Because of the 928 units and all 3 bedrooms unit with high sf, the RM0.25 psf should be enough to support and no need for major increase in future.

This is better for those who don't really use the facilities heavily. Lower maintenance fee also one of the factor to attract sub-sale purchasers.

It is only normal that the Telco owner is paying the land owner rental for putting the tower there...

If the land belong the L&G and they have been collecting rental, believed that they have the right to terminate the tenancy upon tenancy contract expiry...

Asked SA before any possibilities of the tower being removed and he said unlikely

Maybe need to create some "owners pressure" to their management...

is it just me or it looks as if the towers are slanting to the left a little from this pic?

Not so near as view from these photos seems.
Will it be taller than the tower as some claim to be? I doubt it.

Boss, the reason that it looks slanting is becoz the tower square base is not exactly parallel to the position where the photo is taken. If you see from the actual site, you will know...Cheers!

Probably that is why block C is higher 2 floors than block A?
After completion all blocks may be at same high I wonder?!
