With the low entry (e.g. low DP, DIBS, discounts) to own this development, why still 10% units remains unsold?

Bcoz after 3 years, need to pay RM3500 to RM4000 (including maintenance fee) per month  Actually left those west facing units which people not keen and those high floor units which people think too expensive...IMHO |
