The story goes like this..

Many months earlier, I was at the 1st time launch 'block A' just being busy body then, where the BBB mode is abuzz, never giving it a second though then or even now for myself. However, Queen wins! King now saddled with commitments.

Didn't warm up to Block D cos of the orientation, dun fancy the evening sun.
So ended up with a drop out unit Block B 23A Floor, choose privacy over forest view at RM 870K b4 discount. Recently my concern are the noise level generated by the adjacent highway.

I was at Desa Park City hill top doing my workout, whew, the noise level generated from the highway are too obvious, need getting use to, in the future when I stay there.

Btw, I am from BSD.

Not that it really matters, are you aware that the water room is level 17 just above? I could be wrong and someone may correct me!
For your awareness only, i would think that the SE will not inform you about the WR which happens to me too for block B and D, not that you will mind.

It should be outside of type B2 unit for block A. Others can correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see a concern for this.

itt is confirm that the rc is just outside of the unit, worry that the smell will go thru my yard area....annd aalso there is a prrovision that there will be a tnb room next to the rc room...anyone knows what would that tnb room for? meter readinng rooom?
