my car park is on 6th floor most probably my units are at lower floor, the car park entrance is at the ground floor, if u r at 4th floor means your actual units are at the middle floor of the block. so those penthse or higher floor will be at the 1st floor, something like that

Is it correct that each carpark floor has its direct entrance/exit meaning your car can go straght into/out of your carpark floor?

whats mean by pre-assign ? the car park lot cab be change anytime ?

the car park lot numbers is assigned in your S&P

There is direct entrance for each carpark floor.. the design is like a slope..

I have bought few units, hence already meet the quota for bank loan, bank not ready to release more loan.

it's ok no one is questioning your intention to sell, if you manage to secure 'a few' units, losing a little deposits like RM600 won't harm rite? just do a cancellation and get your refund

On side note, i'll scan the car park floor plan and post up in a while.

As you can see from the floor plan, we have a total of 4 blocks but only 3 sets of lifting system. so some blocks are sharing?

eddy, glad that u posted the carpark map here. I only seen it once when signing the SNP, till now the SNP still pending with the lawyer or developer, non of the forumers here got the duly stamped snp yet

The credit note will be received after the the S&P has been signed?

I thought someone posted the carpark floorplan before (5th flr) many pages back. There are for 4 sets of lifts (4x4=16 lifts), 1 set for each block.. the orientation is similar to the layout of the 4 blocks.
