Cause I used to wear Emporio Armani watches but always got teased by friends that I know nothing about watch and bought those useless fashion brand. Yeah! My friend recommended me to get Maurice like what he has. It means 7k is enough to buy it at the retail shop? Thanks

I think the steel bracelet retails at 5.5k
Should be below 4k after discount.
Quite light.

Hopefully it does drop as it's priced 2k higher than any other Orient Star around.
But resellers are saying it's limited edition, so i doubt it'll go down.

@jackiewong
Same for me. Went to check it out with 2k in hand. Was hoping to bring it home.
Was shock when the retail price was 5.5k

Malaysian retailers always bullsh*t with the limited edition thing la.. tongue.gif

Definitely an IWC top gun for me.
The lure of a top gun is too temptingggggggg
*
What is so special about the IWC Top Gun? The TOP GUN logo on the back of the watch is from the movie not the SFTI program patch nor the school (Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center). laugh.gif
It is nothing more than a gimmick and marketing ploy. I'd rather wear a Mickey Mouse watch on my wrist. tongue.gif

It's the same trick with JLC Navy Seal collection and several other brands that claims to have military connections.

For those interested in watches that Uncle Sam is issuing to its personnel, get a Marathon.

Authorized Dealer

Pricy for what they are, but its the real slim shady. brows.gif

Anyone have any experiences with the following methods of regulating an automatic timepiece?

1. To gain a few seconds, lay the watch flat face-up overnight.

2. To lose a few seconds, lay the watch vertically with the crown downwards overnight.

3. To lose a few more seconds, lay the watch vertically with the crown up.
*
Yes. I'm using this method.

Hello Yonggoh,

Since your are in the topic of accuracy, my seiko sportura kinetic chronograph is deviate 2 sec from USA atomic time even when I did not wear it for 3 days.

Not to shabby eh for a USD 500 watch.

if u dare to shop grey online, u can afford a Zenith, under LVMH like Tag Heuer. watches usually cost more than Tag.
I have shop with Ashford b4, no issue. all depends on your comfort level.
