QUOTE(benny888 @ Nov 22 2011, 11:29 AM) Settings/Privacy /Factory data reset I feel when I answer call and view messaging is quite lag. Example when I slide the "answer call" icon, sometimes it is not responding. The same situation also happened when I open the incoming messaging from the lock screen, I slide the "messaging" icon, but it is not responding. Settings/Applications/manage applications -/downloaded - you will see a list of all your downloaded apps. It is strange you are asking what apps you have been installing ?? Don't you know it unless someone else install for you ? You can list here what you have, maybe I could advise you some of the apps not suitable for the Note Added on November 22, 2011, 11:31 am Performance will be not as good if you move it out to external SD card. What do you mean lag - compared to what ? Besides, when I open my phonebook, the black screen appear about 1 second, i think it is loading my phonebook. So is it normal? Just curious on this as I am android/smartphone newbie. |

If you have rooted using zergrush, just leave it as rootedBut you need to have CWM installed first to flash the zip file Infact if you plan to flash roms, it is better to just install chainfire CFRoot kernel - your phone will be rooted plus recovery CWM installed and you get a CWM app too Once you have CWM - first thing use it to do a nandroid backup ( this will backup your present rom plus all the 3rd party apps/data you have). Than only use it to flash the HK rom |

Since it is so cheap, got a new piece for my wife's Desire too. http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...t=0&p=46784696& Very honours seller. i actually bank in more than suppose to be because of short of small note and out of my expectation i have his/her return cash in the parcel. thanks sherly_star. I think most likely Gingerbread not taking full advantage of the dual core architecture yet, thus the slight lag. Hopefully ICS will give significant improvement. Anyway, my Note is quite smooth. Trying and setting up ADW launcher now, it seems silk smooth currently, maybe due to new installation? |

I flashed Stock ROM with Odin and everything went well but my phone keeps rebooting in the Samsung screen. I previously used 2.3.6 HK ROM. I un-rooted already.

Boot to recovery mode and select clear data : this will wipe your phone clean and eliminate the rebootsAnd why are you moving from a better rom to stock rom? QUOTE(benny888 @ Nov 22 2011, 11:17 AM) The way she holds the phone seems a bit unnatural right? Isn't it more natural and a better grip to hold it closer to the middle instead of the bottom of the phone? This post has been edited by aberrant80: Nov 22 2011, 01:33 PM |
