If you load movies of 720P , 4GB would the most cater for 2 only....

is everybody rooted already?

i read from CF thread, the new CWM will add root to the rom flashed, and most importantly it will not update the flash counter. is this true? can anybody share, after u flash anything, does the "custom binary download" counter in download mod remains "NO"?

MY PERSONAL IMPRESSION:

after im having this Note, whenever i see other phone, to me they have no value at all. LOL. i love to try devices, so i like to mingle around in garage sell section to search for phones that i would like to try.. but since i have this, when i browse thru in the garage sale, i dont have any desire to try on other phone anymore.    seriously, Note have giving a benchmark for phones, for the first time  (at least for me). well, i wanna see, what phone in future will again surge my desire to change phone.    i really feel that this Note will last long for me.

yes. never too late...if your phone stuck/corrupt.. that's call late... make sure save your backup to your PC!

I installed the rom using the CWM app from Chainfire
All data intact , no wipe at all
Very happy with it - no major issues encountered
Slicker and smoother than stock rom
Noted that it now comes with his modded kernel and baseband KK5. KK5 seems working better versus the KK5 modem on my previous KK1 ( HK rom) and KKA ( aut)
If you need Chainfire CWM app - you need to reinstall it separately. Other than the absence of the CWM app, boot to recovery will give you Chainfire CWM

For some reason I felt that kka is not as smooth as kk1. Anyone experiencing this as well?

Guys i just realized when there is an incoming call, my ringtone will ring softly for 2 seconds before it go full blast, is this normal and is there any setting to fix it?

played around with the note and i felt it was a bit laggy compared to sgs2.

example... when saving draft sms and quickly pressing back... note can sometimes pause for a second or two. no such issue with sgs2.

i suspect its got to do with the bigger screen -- probably more processing power needed... some apps also launch slightly slower. its not a major laggy thing and if you're not fussy, you probably won't even notice it.

if root can make the note faster

You won't get accurate battery reading after only one day changing rom. It take times to get accurate reading.
