One Question. After I root, how do I flash back Stock ROM? And any particular ROM perform wonders in battery terms? Where will all my S-Memo go after I change ROM?

I dont have a ROM in my internal sd. I can't access into my phone as I did a factory reset. I only have CWM and how do I go about resolving my problem?

I flashed Stock ROM with Odin and everything went well but my phone keeps rebooting in the Samsung screen. I previously used 2.3.6 HK ROM. I un-rooted already.
