IIRC Driving license blacklisted and deactivated is 2 different matter together, If you are blacklisted , it means ur driving license is still in JPJ system,correct me if im am wrong.

I guess those that get their extract in JB only will get blacklisted.

I believe so cuz i checked 3 person ID card through JPJ site. 3 of them also blacklisted.

There's no so called 'driving license number'.....
everything in Singapore that's to do with the government etc...driver license/income tax/CPF will all use the Singapore IC number as ref.....

Added on February 2, 2012, 5:21 pmJPJ letter head just show month/year you first get your license according to the class. Thats it. As we only go for theory test in SG, so we no need to go practical test.

I wondering if we go for a totally brand new driving test in Spore to get the license, we will be saving the hassle to go take the JPJ abstract, isnt it? Yeah..i know i know, no one will do that....
