I tried to contact the developer regarding their soft launch but my enquiry was returned with the following message:

"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
info@riverville.com.my ......."

Makes me wonder if this development (& sweety9797) is for real or just a Cxxx teaser.

get to know from facebook that it has 1050sft for 3 bedrooms, and price starts from 388k... not sure when to launch..

Hardly can get 400psf below nowaday. Assume it design similiar to existing pju condo..

actually it didnt state that 1050sft for 388k, it just mentioned price starts from 388k - it might be for smaller size unit. hmm.gif

Real story : developer submitted application Dec 2011. As usual estimated approval Mar-Apr 2012 but got stuck due to new ruling from authorities (which cannot mention here because sensitive) that cost a bomb - more than the land cost. This is no good because will transfer the cost to purchasers. Therefore go for few appeals that kill the time. Consultants advised developer to wait for new mayor takes in the position.
Now new mayor in position, file just went in and end of Aug or Sep will know the result. If everything smooth, soft-launching will be conducted.
Cross finger, hopes ok.
