is the place nearby the 4000 unit parklane ?? where is the exact location?

when did the govn upgrade the klang river ?
i simply search from the news.. 2002 or 2001 macam got flood oh~ lol.. i hope it will have no problem anymore.. if not i cry also no power lol |

normally when the thread is heated up..
then developer can guess alot of potential buyers... they will increase the price if z residence doesn't increase 320 psf from 300 psf like they estimated, i already get z residence as my future home edi.. |
