Look at the facebook.......the developer said some authorised agents advertise to get purchasers' data and/or deposit. Please beware of this.

I have very bad memories of Sri Sentosa when I was young. staying at those 2 ST red color roof. My parents used to take us go buy grocery at the Sri Sentosa flats and 1 time we were caught amongst the people fighting (gang) near the shops (nr 7 Eleven ). Frighten me until I puchat lah.

Don't know now, since we moved out 8/9 yrs ago. No offence to any race but that time got a lot of thugs and they do those lorry sewa.

This place is very convenient but you must be rough and tough to survive this area.

Wow so bad? Anyone staying there currently can offer some info?

I have been staying there for more than 20 years. I would say the environment there is not that good.
There are ppl selling drugs nearby my flat. My house been broke in before, not really safe.
But since this is a condo, it will be guarded and living inside should be a lot safer.
Location wise, it is very strategic, near to PJ and KL.
If not because of those bangsat criminal, it would be a nice place to stay.

im staying here more than 10 years.

touch wood, i never met any bad things happen.

what i like here is, low profile place.

less car, less crowded, cheap food, hypermarket, wet market aka pasar, pasar malam, frequent public transport, and most important, location superb.

even at super peak i can reach bukit bintang around 30 min, no jam 15 min

What is the latest status on this project? Any launching date?
