that area is full of thugs...

even you're guarded, still you need to go grocery shop, restaurant near by for breakfast/coffee, laundry shop for cleaning, mini market/ 7-11 buy cigarette, HOTLINK go reload prepaid etc....

it seems like u haven't been there for a long time . rumah setinggan has been cleared up more than 1year+.

Any status update on this project? And how is the present situation of this area now? More peaceful or still got a lot of thugs as mentioned by other forumers?

Congestion could be a deterring factor. This part of the town sorely needs a LRT station.
Anyway, will see how much it is priced later...

October 2013 may be able to soft launch for block A. Total two blocks. Each block 230+ units. Size started from approximately 1100sqft, 3bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Other details will be announced once confirmed.

Went Sri Sentosa few months ago... saw thugs selling something while riding on their bike... different bikes n cars passing by one by one and taking something off them...while paying $$$, i wonder what is that... i was right behind them... didnt manage to overtake the bike... was seeing it all happened infront of me... scary..
And the website... really... they should spend some money on redoing it... really amateur web for a property developer.

Developer updates their status in facebook. They didn't say much in Lowyat.

is the price point gonna be the same as "Price start 368k" as quoted two years ago...I doubt...

Developer already mentioned in facebook, not less than 400k.

i think they will almost par with current price when they launch.

They said soft launch mostly probably Oct/Nov 2013 woh. Price don't know yet. I think they follow market lah.

OKR property now so expensive odi. Susah. Semua 600-700/sqft. Itu so called refurbished condo at Bt 4 1/2 want to sell RM1000/sqft. Aduhai...macam mana nak catch up oh???

Luckily last time beli Sanderson and One South, profit will be realised soon, can smell money liao....hehehehe
If this riverville below RM500/sqft I consider lah.
