3km from PJ Old Town, OUG Plaza, KTM Komuter Templer Station and Dato Harun Station.
5min to PJ State, OUG, Happy Garden.
10min to Midvalley and Sunway Pyramid.
Border between PJ and KL.

Could this project be on the land behind the existing old police station at the old klang road junction (turning right, leading to pj old town, etc)?

The map is a bit confused... what is the exact location by the way?

Oooo now I know is where... Sri Sentosa... Last time I been there (my client side) in 2005 hear that alot Samseng and Taikor there... Am I right? Nowadays still got?

this project is inside taman sri sentosa area, just beside sentosa court, surround area all are low-middle income, a lot of flat.

few months ago this land still a kampung. heard from old folks is singaporean company, not sure about this la

huh? the low cost flat area? next to the famous Kampung medan? got ppl actually interested in that place? paying over 300k to stay there? oh my...

but i prefer to stay here than kuchai lama

anything below 400K with 1000sqft above near Kl and PJ...enought to catch attention..

this one is PJ south area right?...near to PARK avenue 1120?...place full with low cost flat, gangster and no any upscale commercial nearby..

The accessbility for this area are billion but for sure jam when peak hours. This area no more samseng or taikor. Could the project bring up this area?

Temporary website lah.....look raw loh.... (according to a staff work inside developer office). Anyway, I stay Old Klang Rd more than 30 years. Very convenient location. A lot of buses and close to KTM Komuter. The site is behind the Petronas, after Avenue Court and Sentosa Court.

All squatters got clean up already. No more samseng. All surrounding apartments have been newly painted by DBKL (Najib spent RM6 million to clean up the place). Now look very ok already.

Now Old Klang Rd project semua above RM400/sqft already. No more cheap.

I already confirmed with the staff there, betul betul FREEHOLD. There are actually few more freehold lands before this project site.

Added on November 11, 2011, 1:13 pmthis project not the one next to police station. That one sells for RM600/sqft. Banyak takut.
