seems is rm350 per sqft. ... but still on high side... if its rm300 then very reasonable.

Latest news........the Old Klang Rd next to Pearl Point, the land sells for RM300+ per sqft by Lee Yan Nian's estate. Now Old Klang Rd lands no more cheap. I think Riverville also not cheap. Use award winning architects somemore. Consultant fee ber-million million liao.In an area, future developments is very important. Let say I fork out 40k deposit, borrow 90%. Nanti 3 years untung 50k less interest and other expenses = 40k net profit. I will gain 100% return from my initial money 40k... Mimpi pun sound good........hehehe |
