I signed up last year 27th dec, eligible for free installation, but not too sure about 1 month subscription, any ideas?

free 1 month (pro-rated according to billing cycle) is only applicable to online application. If you applied online then yes you are eligible.

already UNIFIED for 1 month 7 days. no probelm so far and still satisfied. only that i only susbcribe bbc knowledge for hypptv.
one thing i worried. is my UNIFI secured?

still have to pay. dont forget the RM10 stamp duty still applicable and need to pay. The 1 month free, its actually pro-rated to the billing cycle. Actually just a marketing gimmick. Doesn't make much difference.

Quick question i hope someone can shed some light on :

1. Unifi tech came to my house after scheduling an appointment to update the firmware on the VDSL unit. I didnt have time to be there when he was doing it but when he finished i asked what the firmware was for and he said its for remote access so that they can troubleshoot remotely. Anyone else knows about this update?

2. Whats the default IP for this VDSL unit?

3. (Longshot question) Anyone knows the default ID/PW?
