Can find in garage sales, and or DealExtreme.
In terms of drill, it is better to buy brand name ones, this is from experience.

Try Dremel at the Garage Sales.
It aint cheap, but it does look great.

The Bosch/B&D drills at does look great, and at Rm250 - 300, the do look decent. I was looking for these since I wanted to do a Model M Bolt Mod, but i never follow through with it.

Might need a drill stand with it since they are so huge, and if you need precision.

Yes, USB 6KRO and p/s2 NKRO for Ducky Shine.
You probably confused cause it is hard to explain both(Shine and G2) together.

Added on January 18, 2012, 9:35 pmBTW, fullsize Ducky XM(alps) is out.
Should serve as a good starter board.
