I'm currently using a Filco Majestouch 2 (MX Blue) Something is wrong with the number "7" on my keyboard. When pressed it doesn't "click" as much as the other keys. I tried taking out the O-ring but the problem is still the same. Swapped keycap over to that switch also didn't solve the problem. Should I RMA the keyboard? Who here has experience with Filco RMA? Has anyone here RMA their Filco keyboard from local distributor before? How long does it take?
