dont let 1 bad sheep spoil the whole shop...i work there occasionally and find that the staffs at the printer and speaker department there quite friendly...

but one thing for sure,Sri Comp is not good in appreciating experienced workers which is customers' favourites.many good staffs is laid off as far as i can see.

oh well,the boss treat the workers not good,how the workers treat customers good???

last week went to sri comp looking for creative decoder DDTS100... asked 1 guy (wearing edifier tshirt) in the speaker section then he told me he dont know because he's looking after edifier section only. ok then saw another guy (wearing sri comp vest) in creative speaker section... asked him about the decoder he told me DONT HAVE and anything i asked also DONT KNOW.

nvmlah... as i am leaving sri comp through the rear entrance, saw that decoder DDTS100 on top of the highest shelf at the PC parts counter beside the cashier. that earlier guy should at least check and ask first before telling me DONT HAVE/DONT KNOW. nvmlah dont wanna blame him also... i got what i am looking for then ok already

OMG! There's a thread bout SRI COMP! Yes, their staff have some mental problem! Few weeks ago, while I was there for the first time at LYP, when ask some info from them, they look at me like someone or something from outer space, very unprofessional and rude! I only experience this at China, cant believe this happen in MY!

Not only SRI COMP but other shops too! Wonder where these shops recruit their staffs from? Jinjang?

Only the Malay staffs at LYP are friendly and helpful. Next time I will avoid shops manned by jinjang joe even if they sell cheaper! A IT hypermarket with lockers (forget the name) have really friendly staffs.

scince tat our company r very big, and we are not so sure wat the boss had order..
this problem make us trouble all the time, it make us sick .....
So for most of the time we jus care about our own dept..... if u had the same problem again, how bout u ask in chinese to chinese guy, or jus ask at the counter behide, cos they know more...
(the guy tat wearing edifier is not our staft, it is edifier promoter, so know ntg accpect edifier product)

What robert88 said somehow quite true. Its obvious something not right when you are buying cheap item. Be it the item itself is crap or the services.

But for sri, its the services that occupied the 1st place on the list of "What crap you will get when buy cheap from SRI!"

I have to send my linkysys router for warranty. I hate this man... Let's see how they deal with my case...

hmmm just try your best... if they wanna treat you badly also no choice lah maybe now not as bad as last time or maybe now their warranty department improved... (but my last experience with their warranty department was damn bad)

or maybe you can try ask their warranty department, you wanna deal directly with their supplier so they do less job lah

cos still got many things is our shop more more cheap than other shop de... but compare with ou manner.... sorry i can't say any thing at all

some times new employee more power then old employees, know wat, cos they think they very smart.... try to look some guys when they r free, i promise they are helpful if they r free.....

i only buy my casing at sri comp cause the casing guy is quite friendly. Give good discount too.
