hahaha i think since the 1st time i registered my account in lowyat already got ppl complain about sri comp. But still ppl buy from the shop one. bad reputation but lower price. ppl are getting fool by cheap business strategy by sri comp muahahah

If they got this kind of attitude no matter where they go they are stuck with it. Even if the place is just a stepping stone for future planning, at least act accordingly. Ppl will not say bad thing if its not happening.

Lets it not just applied for Sri Comp. Lets it be for all the shop. If u search around you can find complaint again other shop as well. Be a smart consumer so that they can start being a good seller.

Been to lowyat last weekend. I bought CoolerMaster HyperTx from Viewnet but forgot to buy thermal compound. Looking for it all around lowyat. Most shop have sold off.

Seeing all those ppl walking with happy faces buying things from sri computer (im sure after a few weeks they wont be laugh.gif ) i was tempted to ask for it there.

I go to sri, asked one guy standing like bouncer "Do you sell artic silver?" . He made a blur face and stares mindlessly at me. laugh.gif I asked again "Itu grease mau letak dekat cpu punya, brand artic silver, ada jual?" With a relief face he pointed to a box with cheap RM10 white thermal grease. shocking.gif shakehead.gif laugh.gif

If u want cheap way to release tension go to Sri Computer, ask for something. tongue.gif

Cheap2 thing usually they put in boxes, on the floor. But hey its sri computer everybody should know their services when asked for stuff. If you dont know, after that u sure will. whistling.gif

As far as i remember never had problem coz i never bought expensive items there. Just some annoying case when asking about stuff. biggrin.gif . I got the info from other forumer here in many thread like this since 2003/2004 who have had bad experinced with the shop.

Just research or ask around on the net before you went to buy stuff. If we ask the sales person for sure most will give spec which quoted at higher price. Save you time and give you less headache dealing with "i-know-all" sales person.

What robert88 said somehow quite true. Its obvious something not right when you are buying cheap item. Be it the item itself is crap or the services.

But for sri, its the services that occupied the 1st place on the list of "What crap you will get when buy cheap from SRI!"
