i bought there 90% of my stuff there should i cry too???

How is Cycom? Can anyone share their experience there? I'm going to buy a rig and ask them to assemble for me

cycom is okay. That's the shop that I buy my stuff unless it is much cheaper elsewhere or they have no stock.

i trust sricom..... cox i bought many hardware and laptop over ther...... the price is very cheap somemore all is ori set and make sure is not demo set... cox some time maybe u bought something at outside maybe u will let ppl cheat..... but sricom really follow the real price list to sell... so i trust it..

i prefer viewnet..sri comp is suck..the shop is messy and inconvenience..most of the item especially peripheral only 3 month warranty rather than others offering 12 months for a same item/model/brand. experience wif psu..

usually normal psu is usually max 3 month wrty only

i just bought avf hm-520 headset last week at sricom..
i ask them to test my headset b4 i back to home...

but the headset got problem when i try it at home.. f*** it.. i trust them to much.. the cable loose and audio jack problem.. can produce clear sound..

they didnt let u test urself? last time i bought altec speaker from they and not satisfied, bring to them and i just top up to get the creative sbs370 which sound better a lot, u should go try ask they to swap it for u asap then.

i same problem with u. i bought AVF there today cuz it is cheaper than in viewnet But when i reach home try the headphone the left side of earphone doesn't have sound. Then i check forum and see people say Sri Comp collect junk stuff. Regret buying there. Hoping to get my money back tomorrow even though cancellation fee of 20% will be imposed

For headphones or IEMs that are cheap, that's pretty common. Brands such as Sonic Gear have high rate of bad QC where my earpump 2 failed twice (same case as yours, one side no sound).

Btw, for RM200 I don't think it's very wise to get AVF since there should be better offerings out there from the likes of AKG or Sennheisser

ya i think i will get refund and waste the 20% of my money and buy audiotechnica. Cuz I was about to buy audio technica before heading to lowyat but then i saw this AVF and tried to test to see how it sounds. the quality and bass is awesome and it is very comfortable, i don think the audiotechnica i want to buy is that comfortable, plus this AVF is RM100 cheaper than the audiotechnica i want so i just buy it. But now regret should've bought audiotechnica as i just found out AVF is malaysia's product.

Just bought 2 cooling fan and 1 external hard disk from them... so far so good... don't care about the cooling fan but the external hard disk running good and with 3 years warranty also :/ but who knows.. might burn after 1 years

wahlau eh.. sri comp so many problematic staffs.. now better or still same? so which shop has good service and decent prices on hardware? coz i am looking for sound card eh.. service is very important coz if service bad i straight walk out no nid talk d... and i sure tell my friends and everyone not to go to that kind of shops.. computer war the boss was so dam arrogant... ask him something not bother to answer me... hello shop owners we r customer.. word of mouth is more pwoerful than ur arrogance

I want to complain about cashier girl at Sri Com. I try to do so at their Facebook page but it seems not allow for commenting. Anyway, today 31 October 2012, I bought an Epson printer, sticker paper and some inks. I have hearing problem, and because I am rushing to meet someone, I not checked my bill at the shop. My mistake :-(

I mistakenly heard the total price is RM356. So I gave the cashier girl RM360. However when I already at my friend's place and checked the bill back, the total is actually RM336. The cashier SELAMBA JER keep the money in her waist pouch without being honest by giving my RM10 back! She typed in the bill that customer (me) gave RM350 and balance me RM14, which I should get RM24!

The glasses salesgirl is very helpful, yes, but even thought she only took "extra" RM10 from me, dishonesty can hurt Sri's reputation. Who knows the cashier already cheated many other customers in the past. :-(

u can complaint to her boss, ah sheng or ah huat.
