haha, my camera no problem at all wor, market crashes is because of a bug, the troubleshooting tips there mention the fix.. just change the language to English (US) then no more crashing liao.. wah if no market sure like hell lor coz basically cannot do anything.. data kept going on and off? maybe that's because of juice defender ler, mine never had that problem wor.. did you follow the install guide to install cyanogen ah? coz the first time i didn't follow also crash a lot of time and have all sorts of weird problems, now never crash even once

Hi guys, I just bought a new i9100G for my girlfriend. I think the question how do i remove the gmail account is quite popular but mine is slightly different.

My gmail account have very large collection of paid apps. and I want to share it with my girlfriend. So I initially set up my account in her phone. I disable sync of contacts, picasa, gmail and calendar(but calendar manage to get a slight synced time).

Then I have created a new account for her. cuz for her contacts and such. i have accessed the market, and she can see all of my paid apps, which is, mission complete.

One or two problem though, my calendar that is synced is there in her phone. and i cant seem to make her calendar show up. i can disable my calendar from showing up by selecting My Calendar and unticking mine. but thats for Kies synching. i want her calendar to be synched to google like mine.

2nd thing is, does doing a factory reset remove the apps inside? cuz inside the phone got sygic 3.0 in there. i think it will be gone right?

What launcher are you using? Touchwiz shouldn't have any problem in running live wallper, whereas other aftermarket launcher will lag a bit according to my experience.

EFS drama part 2.

Flashed crap ass experimental KJ1 modem through CWMRec. No service, no simcard detected in options -> wireless -> mobile networks, no IMEI number = sure indication of EFS gone case. Reflashed KI4 just to be sure, still gone case.

Restored backup through terminal - 15 seconds of searching through XDA for the blardy commands lol. EFS restored, cellular components up and running again. Fuuuh.

Just installed HellCat's KTool so that EFS restore will be less of a hassle. Sure will have EFS drama part 3 later, and malas to copypasta the restore commands AGAIN when that happens lol.

Word to EVERYONE who has JUST rooted. Install HC's Ktool AND BACKUP YOUR BLARDY EFS BEFORE YOU START DOING ANYTHING (and copy the tarball somewhere safe). It will save you a lot of heartache later, trust me.

"BACK UP YOUR EFS" should be part of every rooting tut really.

STILL gatal wanna try KJ1 modem though. Maybe later.

Did you do a nandroid/CWM backup before flashing the new ROM. If yes still got chance. If no err.. i dunno also how..
