There are several new project or under development project around Kuchai Lama area.

Like : G Residence, The Leafz, Arte, 288 Residence, Central Residence, OUA (Coming) and etc.

Do you think it's over supplies?

What i feel that Palace Court is abit expensive.

Around 400psf.

Good Potential : Food and Bank around condo plus KL Address thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

There is an abandoned project right in front of blk A. The design is outdated.

I think the OUG/Bukit Jalil will be more crowded.. Z residence, Kiara... all back 2 back... and that 7 blocks Parklane as well..

Hi, I was at MAPEX yesterday. if I understand correctly, the sales agent told me that the remaining lease period is 75yrs instead of 99yrs as supposed. rclxub.gif

What i've been told by the agent is this is their 2nd development.. first project is USJ One Park which is just starting to be built.

So don't think they have any completed projects to date. Agent also mentioned they were main con for building up Mid Valley?
