Hi Gentlemen, I personally thought so but the sales agent told me otherwise. I think it is no harm to check it out again for the genuine buyers. For me, I'm looking for investment, therefore, 75years remaining is definitely no go for me.

Lot 34070 is indeed the Palace Court plot of land.. Unless the government records are not accurate ler..or they state the initial years applied for only? not sure Where else can we check eh? Have to go to KPKT office ar?

You can leave your contact to the staff there, I am sure they will call you once they launch if you really show your interested. I knw this because i leave my contact to a staff there during their USJ one park project launch.. So he inform me the day before launch... if not i cant grab it also... but too bad is I am in Penang that time so only can wait my friend to book for me so not really can choose the nice floor and unit.

I have a few terrace houses in Happy Garden, as far as I know, this BHL development is a slope downward from Jalan sukacita 4, suggest you guys take a look or clarify with the developers.. Don't want the same thing happen to Brempark & Dysnasty.

And what exactly happened to Brempark and Dynasty?

I drive to jalan sukacita 4 and have a look before, just the road is higher a bit than the condo.. beside that anything no good?

try and get developer words on strengthening the slope, if the piece of land will be elevated, by how much.

How many degree will be the slope of jalan sukacita 4?

When Arte was trying to clear the land in front of brempark, small landslide happen in the slope and few cars parking in the open space outside of dynasty garden got smashed to damage.

So making sure the developer will do something to the slope.

technically it's not dynasty condo but kuchai entrepreneurs park apartments.
the higher slopes are next to these apartments and also the arte, not dynasty condo or palace court.
also i think the portion of hill that the landslide occurred was not related to the arte clearing its land because the retaining wall is just right below brem park, not the side that is next to the arte (although maybe geo vibrations from the arte's activity may have caused it but there's just no physical proof to link these 2 events).

however this information would serve useful for buyers to judge whether they wanna take the risk or not, but fyi, i still think palace court's a better buy than the arte

I think so too. Arte's view is blocked by Dynasty and the entrance will be shared.

Its gona be a huge traffic jam during peak hours there then. We are lucky that the decided to shift the entrance to the other side.

The sale person confirmed it will be extended to 99 when i made my enquiry

last update we got was no date for Block B yet.. none the less you can check it out at their office at Jalan Robson.. I believe they would have moved the mock model from MAPEX back to their office.
