dont just look at the brochure..drive to the site to have a look..there is an abandon building (5-6 story high) just in front of block A and ugly low cost building (unpaint) near by..however, block B is near to Dynasty garden (block A) very noisy bcos got karaoke there (shop lot)..if u look at the picture location there are another piece of land (dark green, post #1) which might build shop lot..of condor also possible too..

The main access is from the shell traffic light (main road)-->X.O fish head shop (coffin shop beside)-->ugly low cost building-->abandon building-->baru sampai the main entrance. the selling price i think can buy Dynasty Garden 2nd price ady~

Buyers of the abandon shop office already put in money for the final touch up. It will be hand over next year.

good to know.. any plans for the low cost apartment too? i heard they're gonna repaint or something..

i went thr 1st day when they pre-launch..got fren work in the developer if not i also cant get the news, just book 1 unit 963sq only lv13 facing klcc hehe..
