There are several new project or under development project around Kuchai Lama area.

Like : G Residence, The Leafz, Arte, 288 Residence, Central Residence, OUA (Coming) and etc.

Do you think it's over supplies?

What i feel that Palace Court is abit expensive.

Around 400psf.

Good Potential : Food and Bank around condo plus KL Address thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Hard to compare with others. Palace Court is leasehold and other in Kuchai Lama is Freehold.

Of cos leasehold will cheaper that freehold. But in my mind, leasehold and freehold are not so important for condo. Landed definitely YES for freehold.

I bought an unit during Block A launching. Price consider so so. Not very expensive or very cheap compare with other condo.

My unit 936sq + 144sq (Garden) around 400k.
