Hi guys, today I just sent in my loan app for HSBC -2.35% and HLB -2.4%; both full flexi plan. Wish to ask ur advice if it's ok to seek lawyers if they are non panel? If not mistaken the sales guy from BHL cant promise their panel lawyer to give discount/waive the legal fees; but my banker can recommend lawyer who can give up to 50%.
Also, on the loan I think HLB is slightly better than HSBC as the lock down period is 3 yrs vs 5 yrs. It will take a week for them to revert back to me. So I need some advices which bank is recommended and/or taken by majority of the buyer so I can make the right decision. |
