The low cost flats is ok to me as long as it is repainted, won't affect much. The abandoned shop lot Kuchai Square, hopefully with the addition of Palace Court developers sees opportunity and revive it either together or before Palace Court completion lor... Will bug BHL people again this weekend on this 2 items..LOL

my major concern is what will be the price psf once its completed 3 years later..i bought it at 380 now, what will be the price later on?

You're worried that it will drop? If no major things happening to the economy, Kuchai area should be good. Dynasty Garden is about 450/sqft now...

You can even go tomorrow. This weekend is just like an official launch event lor. Price went up edi but 5% rebate still applicable before show unit completion.  I sound like their sales rep now. True also... 0.05% won't make much difference. Unless it is -2.5%! haha Both HLB and HSBC bankers told me they still haven't confirm the DIBS with the developer yet. I guess that's why they didn't get back to you.

Mbsb offered blr-1% but they are directly under ministry of finance. So for those got 2 loans n above still can secure loan up to 90%. Lock in 5yrs. Penalty 3.5% on outstanding loan. But..but, the docs needed more than commercial bank.. Met up with banker less than 5mins just to pass her docs. Maybe she is more inrested in big clients.

Considering getting the facing north unit with KLCC view, but found out there is a plot of empty land right in front of Palace Court, very likely will be a condo project as well, which keep concerning me it'll be potential obstruct view toward KLCC. To whom considering of getting facing north unit, do you guys having the same concern??
