Hi,

Nice to meet you all!

I have make booking on Type D at Tower B. UOB also mentioned to me it is hard to get 90% loan.

Anyone here try Kuwait Finance? it is good?

If I can't get 90% loan, probably I will just let go my unit....

Looking forward to be neighbour with you all..... smile.gif

Why is it so hard to get 90% loan offer from UOB? Is it because their quota is almost up?

Cos I also got 90% loan offer frmo UOB.

yup, BHL only settle the legal fee for S & P. Just met up with Kuwait Finance House Guy, there is no flexi loan available at KFH, their rate is 2.45 but need to pay loan legal fee...

I am a freelancer, they use my 6 months income devide by 12 as my monthly income... then comitment can not more than 50% which include my car loan. If they calculate like this... my monthly income at least need more than 10k and above only manage to get the 90% loan. As per the UOB officer mentioned, they tighten the loan, last time the comitment can up to 100%. So i think their quota is almost up already. but i really not understand hpw their financial analyst calculate, This is my first house ler.... somemore buy for own stay..

What do you mean by have our lawyears write as individual? I thought we will need to do the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) few years down the road when the strata title is issued to us? I'm still new to this.. haha.. blur rclxub.gif
