pros
1. Walking distant to future MRT
2. Arrays of modernize facilities concept
3. Coveted Bukit Jalil address
4. Attractive package, ie : DIBS, 3% dp, free wardrobe, air cond, kitchen cabinet..
5. Good rental income
6. Relatively well road connectivity
cons
1. Noise pollution by both LRT n Kesas highway
2. Similiar tenancy to Endah Promenade, iranian, middle east, and some Indians expat who work in Cyberjaya MSC company.
3. Leasehold
Anyway, ill place 5k booking fees tml as my fiancée prefer PC for single reason.. Conveniency.. She loves to eat and hairdoing

I just hope the loan can pass.. The housing loan is so freaking tight lately...
