Yea...agreed with Syncronyzer. Good for both investment and own stay. The price of Dynasty Garden has increased so much since it was first launched.

Currently, I am staying in Taman Desa, just next to Kuchai Lama. For me, Kuchai lama is really quite convenient especially with the kuchai lama entrepreneur park. Lots of shops and eateries around.

It is good for you to apply some bank loans first.
because loan applications take time to proceed and you need to survey for the best loan package.
I'm providing loan application services. I can deal with 10 banks.

Act what is the different between loan from developer's confirmed bank and loan from others?

They pay the Sales and Purchase Agreement for you and they can offer some discounts for you on legal documents.
If you can gather some buyer apply loan together with me,i can package it same as developer's package too.
It is all about Groupon's concept.

Are anyone of you in touch with Vong from UOB bank for Palace Court's loan? I got in touch with him and I am preparing my documents for him to propose a loan offer.

His tentative offer:
BLR-2.4 with DIBS
max Tenure til age 70 / 40 years
Up to 90% + 5%
lock in 3 years / 2% penalty

Most probably will meet him up this week to have a chit chat on this.. Who wants to join?

The lock down period starts ticking from the first draw down. So if you bundle legal fees and MRTA into your loan, the first draw down is basically quite early.

Btw.. Terrence Tea (from BHL) told me today that bankers will officially call all buyers next week.
