It is good for you to apply some bank loans first. because loan applications take time to proceed and you need to survey for the best loan package. I'm providing loan application services. I can deal with 10 banks. |

They pay the Sales and Purchase Agreement for you and they can offer some discounts for you on legal documents.
If you can gather some buyer apply loan together with me,i can package it same as developer's package too. It is all about Groupon's concept. |
