is bhl going to absorb the legal fees?
Because during booking nothing is confirmed at that time.

As i knw, BHL only will absorb the S & P legal fees, normaly bank loan legal fees need to pay ourself.

The property is not official launch yet. They had a road show at Midvalley. Block A is 80% sold off.

At the moment, all the banks are still under discussion with the developer for the final package.

For those who are interested can visit BHL office at Jalan Robson.

Can contact me for UOB loan details.

Visited Sunway Convention Centre for the Property Fair today. Yes - BHL only will absorb the S & P legal fees. Bank loan legal fees need to pay ourself or some banks actually waive it depending on the loan package we take. I think Hong Leong and UOB is on their panel..more banks coming on board..

No. I think maybe end of the month or early dec. Cause that's when the show unit will be ready and official launching is. No confirmation from BHL yet.

Anyone buyer currently from Kuchai Lama? How much the rental fees in Kuchai Lama now? Mind to share some information to me?

Depend on u dude.....but look at the latest project around the area.....a lot? Less?......I guess there's quite a number.....supply more.....will u think yield good rental?

Which floor did you book?

You can check rental rates for Dynasty Garden on iProperty. Since it's just right next to Palace Court, should be relatively a good comparison.

Yes, lot new project around there. Most of them selling price more than 450k with 1k+ sq.

Seancl, did you bought this condo also?

I think it depends on your own need? For me most probably it will be for investment but will see what happens 3 years down the road. Personally, the location is not bad for own stay or investment, strategically near to both KL and PJ and good amenities nearby. Just my 2 cents.. hehe thumbup.gif
