I downloaded your pdf and now thinking to flash it with Superatmos.

one question, I rooted with doomLord previously and my phone is KJ2. In the XDA forum for Superatmos, there are two download link,

v2.2: BASED ON JPKK1
v2.1: BASED ON DZKL3

Can I use v2.1, which is based on DZKL3 is it compatible with my phone which is in DZKJ2?

when flashing firmware, there is not such thing as u must use same firmware as u are running right now.

because flashing custom firmware is just like flashing new or update firmware.

does not matter which version.

so yes, u can use any version of custom rom, besides it is recommended to do full wipe anyway, so any bugs from old firmware will not be there.

kernel also can introduce much2 better governor, for example, default hotplug in LA1 is much battery friendly compared to in KJ2. maybe it is because of "Made in Germany" lols..

too many possibilities, either u have not clear everything properly after flashed before, or u are running too many apps, and lastly, u are too anxious of knowing the battery life and without u knew, u are unlocking the screen for about every 10-20min. it happened okay, and we dont even notice it.

lastly, give it a day or two, sometimes the battery calibration is still in process after u flashed new rom

rooting process will not introduce battery drain. it is the apps that u installed afterwards could introduce battery drain.

actually the method 180sec might work as it is mentioned to be useful for sgs2.

and once i read, but forgot already, there is actually a way to calibrate by deleting a file but i forgot which file, it is not the batterystats.bin, this one usually for htc phones or older samsung.

keep on learning man, maybe u can become the next dev for i9100g, we are really2 lacking of dev here.

I'm a little bit worried about ICS update, there are a few echoes (true/untrue who knows ?) of I9108 beta rom for ics, but so far, really nothing on I9100G.
I read a post on indian I9100G thread in XDA forum, apparently, new indian rom that fixes all issues with camera and sound, lots of people trying to get their I9100G exchanged by I9100.

So,what you're saying is that there's maybe a chance that ICS won't come to SG S2 G version?

A few days hang once or twice. Lag nope. Recently I used to hang when using whatsapp. Turns out problem solved by uninstalling and reinstalling. Initially I restored whatsapp via Titanium and maybe got some problem there.
