Channel 11 + Wireless G
WPA2 Encryption

Final solution = Flash it to OpenWRT

Already try..... only problem with Mobile device, not PC.
BTW, waiting your good news about antenna & Tower location..

I'm eyeing this: TP-Link TL-WDR4300

OpenWRT wiki page here: http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wdr4300

No one tested with 3G yet.

Flash it to OpenWRT then it is a 3G router

Any router with USB port as long as no hardware limitation can be used for 3G as long as OpenWRT is loaded

Asus N66U:
Better build quality according to PCB design
256MB RAM
Superb webui that provide various function graphing etc etc...
Taiwan company
Superior price

WDR4300
128MB RAM
Webui with less function
China company
More affordable

In your Opinion, which router which can support 3G USB Modem which is Value for Money and is DDWRT friendly (free licence DDWRT one la ) and is powerful enough ?

How do u come to the conclusion that 1043ND is underpower, Output = 2A ?

it's all depend on the tower you're connected
if congested, even with full signal and powerful router also will not give u any boost to ur internet speed

the 1043ND usb port have under power issue,

not the mobo in router, the usb port issue,.

that's why strongly not suggested notworthy.gif
