Yes, my own unit is a rebranded version.
I'm connected to this router.

Hi,
So this router support this modem for DC-HSPA network and run full speed if network available (42Mbps)?
Or any other DC-HSPA modem that support to this router?

If refer to this web http://www.tp-link.com/lk/support/3g-comp-...0&location=1248
Can use others country location (like Hong Kong) and choose any DC-HSPA modem?

Malaysia has 42M tower but the ISP I'm using (Maxis) hasn't enabled full speed yet. smile.gif

ZTE MF680 is also supported.

I don't need to choose any other country, it can be used with just Malaysia location. smile.gif

Thanks for reply. Just need to find cheapest dc-hspa modem to be use with this router.
Hard to find router with build-in sim card for dc-hspa like netcomm or netgear device.

its supported, infact mr3220 & mr3420 are identical twins, i actually like mr3220 more as its WiFi antenna is stronger  icon_idea.gif  looking at it tells the whole story, and u wont use the its capability of 150MBps(mr3220) to the Max on our lousy Telco offerings of only 2~3MBps

not very good but not too bad  compared to streamyx, but cheaper and mobility  and stability on >4Mbps is the key
*
Yes Correct, much cheaper than streamyx. Now i need to Potong TM Phone line and streamyx!
Now im thinking to buy modem either ZTE MF680 or AL621....

I only can say those first batch Qualcomm LTE chip is very very very very very hot.

If you want your connection to degrade after few hours of usage get AL621.

Go for MF680 or E372
*
Oh.. so MF680 are the 2nd batch..
Thanks A Lots...

Need to buy this router this weekend at All It, Ikano..
1 More, i saw they are many APN for maxis. May i know which one for maxis?
bbnet? unet?

Kalau gunakan secara berterusan utk jangkamasa yg panjang
Better guna router. Mifi ni cepat panas dan bateri cepat habis fan perlu charge sepanjang masa.

but if u prefer open dns, sure, no problem also  thumbup.gif

Normally for wifi setting, which currently & channel do you select.
seems i have trouble by using channel 13 and use Malaysia as selected country
when i need to access admin site.

still MR3420 the best  flex.gif

a few user complain about it before,.
*
Lucky i didnt choose 3020, cheaper about RM 15 compare to 3420.
Now put the ROuter outsite of my house, because inside my house the
coverage for Maxis not very good, getting about 11-16%, compare
to outsite 30-50%.

Your DL is good enough, be contented  smile.gif

Yagi wont help, on the other hand , you would be "rewarded" with some headache on how to fix the antenna and which direction to point it, least , it wont rip the modem's connector out , hence , handicapped your precious DC Modem  icon_idea.gif
*
I thinking if signal strength is low, the modem will hot very fast because need more power to tarik the network...

This is fully true as well nod.gif

But any antenna will limit the DC capability
*
Limit? aiseh.... then need to buy some biggest cooling fan.
No need to install antenna.

Now im put the modem outsite the windows with extended USB cable...

BTW, where did you read the article about Yagi that limit the Dc network?

How i can set Speed Limit using this router.
Now using Wifi, the download speed reduce to half when the other device connect to the same router (The Other Device Via LAN)

As other network, i didnt need for hi-speed download, just for surf only...

Or Wifi it self drop the speed instead LAN? even only about 3 Meter distance..
