my 3420 always take time to detect my E367 modem.sometimes more than 3 minutes.is it normal? is there something i can do about this problem?

I am using this router as well. but I always encounter WiFi problem. my device connected to WiFi will experience drop connection or sometime very slow internet connection. but it is fine for lan cable. any solution?

bought the new V2 from a shop in Wangsa Walk, RM89 (nego Rm85).
'currently use for 4 users including me, all connected by wireless.
