Nope,there are other phones that are better sound quality wise.It's just and equalizer setting anyway,plus the Beats earphones are far from being the best.

at least better than iphone & SGS2 lo..

Sound quality wise the iPhone 4 is better than our Sensation [compared using the same headphones].
Of course,the Beats earphones bundled with the XE is better than the stock Apple buds but comparing sound quality based on different earphones/headphones isn't fair.

the sucky thing bout beats enhancement that is software not hardware. i would say the sound quality is only better than average.

bottom line is, if u have a sensation already, don't bother upgrading to xe. but if you are going to buy a sensation, might wanna get xe instead, unless of course u hate the red accents.

i hope next batch of htc with beats come with full audio enhancement, including hardware... and 4.0 ics lol. but thats for next year right now happy with my xe

Better buy good headset lo, currently i m using Sonic Gear which is sufficient for my listening, good bass and good quality yam yam

I brought XE bcos beats headphone

All I did is install PowerAmp V2.0 beta , bought a SuperLux headphone..
and..my oh my ..
The sound is

Beats is strong on Bass that's good if you like strong bass. But on most normal usage many other similarly priced headphones beat it anytime. Though you will not get the Android controller.

Anyone of you guys see a problem with the phone's microphone ?
My audio quality is very poor in video recording,whenever the recording is too loud or in a pitch,the audio that comes out sounds very weird.
You can try it by talking closely and loudly to the mic in recording.

is sense 3.5 or beat better ? i wonder sense 3.5 stable or not ..

Sexy but weaker stats overall... And no micro sd slot. Price should be lower than sensation tho.

been waiting for leedroid's release too.. tried rcmix 3.5 3 weeks ago and reverted back to leedroid, now running with insertcoin v.3.3.7 and it is pretty stable and smooth, no force close no reboot no bootloop. battery performance is improved as well.
